Why I Founded Rule72 Financial

Founder

David Allen Miller is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who came from a large global advisor firm and established Rule72 to provide clients with independent, transparent, objective advice and portfolio management. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran.

David is passionate about providing entrepreneurs and veterans with private wealth management.

"We start by talking about your unique situation; then, we make an investment strategy to design a portfolio within a structured financial plan. This enables people to face the future with confidence."

David received his certified financial planning coursework from the University of Virginia (2018), a master's in national resource strategy (specialty in financial services) from the National Defense University (2005), and is a University of Maryland graduate. He lives in Loudoun County, Virginia, where he enjoys hiking and biking the local trails.
