Founder: David Miller is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional specializing in personal, private wealth services for small business owners, veterans, and their families. David completed his financial planning coursework through the University of Virginia, earned a master’s degree in National Resource Strategy with a focus on financial studies from the National Defense University, and graduated from the University of Maryland. Before founding Rule72 Financial, he worked at a large advisory firm and served in the United States Air Force. David lives in Loudoun County, where he enjoys exploring nature.
